My design practice
I understand design as a discipline. As a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in UX/UI and visual design, I am passionate about creating solid and robust, yet innovative and user-friendly software that enhances people´s everyday tasks.

Design process
By adopting a Design Thinking approach, discovering the nature of the problem and the best solutions is part of an iterative process that resembles more the scientific method than the chaotic process of an artist.
Business benchmark and User research make up for a crucial part of my practice. I am passionate about finding the sweet spot between business goals and users needs. Finding great solutions really tickle my soul!
Wireframing and prototyping is so fun, especially when departing from great insights from proper research. Flows, diagrams, exceptions, decisions, design patterns, UI components, aestethics and micro-interactions become a really rewarding job when it is aimed to provide great solutions to an identified problem.
Having done lots of agency practice, I posses strong graphic skills and can provide a project with both branding assets as well as a whole identity, ranging from logo work to full blown brand manual.
Programming
When designing, I allways keep feasability in mind, since I worked with both frontend and backend technologies myself. Knowing the whole product development lifecycle enables me to connect and team up with development teams, thriving on finding the most cost effective solutions to wicked problems.
Project MAnagement
I've worked in both agile and waterfall software development environments. I thrive on any since knowing their perks allow me to acomodate to the roadmap methodology that the project needs.
Interests:
Continuous learning and updates make me a very dynamic team member, providing insights on current trends and technologies, while having a strong knowledge of design and engineering legends lets me think with a broader perspective.
By sharing my knowledge I strengthen my own mental pathways to become a better designer myself and synergize with my mentees.
